Smile therapy:
If you’re feeling super crappy, crabby, or cranky, smile like crazy at everyone. Small children, small animals, and adults of all sizes will smile back at you, which may make you feel better. BUT what’s even cooler is this: if you smile a lot when you’re totally stressed or depressed, you’ll feel like a raving lunatic, which is kind of demented but really fun for variety and will definitely make you feel better
